From your account home page, in the Assessments box, click Add/Purchase Assessments.
Choose your assessment from the list and click Purchase.
- Number of participants = number of reports you need.
- Apply to account allows you to select the account or sub-account.
- Assessment Name will display the type of report. You have the ability to change the name.
- Enabling one use per user limits access to one use per email address.
- Entering a custom URL allows you to send your participants to a desired webpage once they have completed their assessment.
- Send reports to email address will send a notification each time someone completes an assessment.
- If benchmarking is enabled in your account, you can select which benchmark to apply from the drop-down menu.
- User permissions allow you to decide whether your participants can see their results or not.
- If you would like to limit access to this keycode after a certain date, you can enter the cutoff date here.
- If your account is using custom reports, you can select a custom report style for this keycode.
- Send usage alerts allows you to receive a notification when the number of available assessments falls below the entered threshold.
