1. On the Assessment Information page, scroll to the bottom to create your Single-Use KeyCodes.
2. Enter the number of Single-Use KeyCodes you wish to create and click Create.
The Assessment Information page will now display your available Single-Use KeyCodes. You can
view all Single-Use KeyCodes by unchecking the box beside (Only show Available Codes).
The two columns marked “Used” and “Distributed” are editable to help you keep track of your codes as you distribute and use them. Distributed means that you gave the code to someone, and Used means that the code has been used for an assessment. Please note that manually updating a code to “used” will prevent its future use. Once a distributed KeyCode is used, the “Used” column will be automatically be updated.
